Welcome
to TCAL
The
Association exists to advance the interests of independent and state
supported college and university libraries in Texas and to promote
cooperation, communication and resource sharing among its members.
Council membership consists of the head librarians of Texas universities
and colleges (including community and junior colleges) as well as the
head librarians of separately operated special libraries affiliated with
state supported universities.
The
Council meets annually in the fall, usually in
Austin, TX, and at other times as called by the Executive Board.
This year's
2009 Annual Meeting
is September 21-22 (Monday & Tuesday).
