Texas Library Association sponsors the Lone Star Reading List
solely to encourage free voluntary reading.
Nomination Criteria
- Copyright must be within the last 2 years
- Must be favorably reviewed for grades 6, 7, or 8
- The person making the nomination must have read the book.
- A variety of genres and reading interests will be considered.
- The committee welcomes outside suggestions. Please contact the chair.
