Meet up with your favorite authors Live!

All confirmed authors are listed here. Author visits will happen via the Zoom Room in the exhibitor’s booth. Click the Join Live Meeting Room button to access the author visit at the scheduled time. On the platform, search for author visits via the Author Visits tile in the Exhibit Hall Lobby and through the education sessions using the ‘Author Visits’ filter.

Each time you visit a booth, click the Email Me More Information button. This is just like getting your badge scanned at a face to face conference. It’s really important that they know you were there. Click Email Me More Information every time!

Visit the Resources section towards the bottom right. You’ll find demo schedules, videos, new titles, sample chapters, book club picks and other useful information.

Click Join Live Meeting Room button to join the exhibitor’s Zoom room through their booth for Author Visits and other programming in the booth.

Use this button in the upper right corner to Filter your Education Sessions by ‘Session Track’ to find Author Visits, Exhibitor Showcases, and Live Chat among others.

Click Add to Schedule once you find individual sessions to add them to your personal schedule. Schedule your One on One meeting with an Exhibitor Rep by clicking the Schedule Meeting button below the Exhibitor’s staff photo
