Sponsor the TLA Annual Conference
Reach beyond your exhibit booth with marketing exposure that only a sponsorship will offer you.
TLA offers many sponsorship opportunities which include the Annual Conference, Signature Leadership Events, and Membership Outreach.
In addition to event sponsorships, you are welcome to propose a unique grant or scholarship in your company’s name. These opportunities range from academic scholarships, conference travel stipends, and research grants, in areas such as legislative, leadership, EDI, and public relations.
TLA-Wide recognition and benefits start at $4,000. You will receive recognition at the event(s) chosen as well as overall TLA-wide benefits listed here, based on the level of sponsorship, at the Annual Conference and throughout the calendar year.

The TLA Annual Conference is the event of the year. Each year, 5,000+ attendees and vendors are treated to national speakers, authors, continuing education, and more. TLA offers sponsors a wide range of opportunities to help support the mission of the association and its members. A list of events and descriptions will be available in the fall.

Officer Governance Training and Workshop
Formally known as Annual Assembly, Officer Governance Training and Workshop is a 3-day gathering of 150 TLA leaders and officers to plan and guide the work of the association, as well as learn and network among their colleagues. In addition to recognition and participation at OGTW, sponsors will receive year-round recognition with 300+ TLA officers in their planning throughout the year. The program is offered in June to increase student success through effective school library programs. A strong school library program is essential to student success and achievement. Be part of TLA’s monthly Libraries Transform Texas Podcast produced by the Public Relations and Marketing Committee. Fall District Meetings
Each fall, TLA Districts will hold a meeting for their members and their staff/guests in that specific district which focus on trends and relevant information to TLA members to obtain professional development and network with their peers in their region. Each gathering provides an opportunity for librarians and support staff to learn from trainers, authors, and one another on how to improve their services to their city, school, or university. This is a great way to target a specific geographical area of Texas. Check back for more information on District Meetings for 2023.
