Honoring substantial donations to libraries.

The Texas Library Association Benefactor Award recognizes substantial donations such as land, buildings, stocks, cash, and collections by individuals, institutions, and foundations. The donations must have a significant impact on libraries and their programs.

Congratulations to The Edouard Foundation, which received the 2020 Benefactor Award from the Texas Library Association. Funds from The Edouard Foundation supported reading initiatives benefiting libraries in Texas and the communities they serve.

Any TLA member may nominate a deserving benefactor for consideration.  Nominations open September 15 and close February 5. All nominations must be submitted through the online form.
