The Texas Library Association Outstanding Services to Libraries Award recognizes an individual or organization that demonstrates outstanding advocacy and support for libraries. The award recognizes advancement of library services, development and promotion of sound library policies and standards, successful advocacy to the community, significant contribution to the promotion of library legislation, and active participation in TLA.

Any TLA member may nominate a deserving individual or organization for consideration. Nominations for the 2027 Outstanding Services to Libraries Award will open on September 15, 2026.
