Texas Council of Academic Libraries (TCAL) Annual Conference will be virtual this year with special keynote speaker, Dr. Steven J. Bell!
This year’s TCAL Annual Conference is designed for library leaders in an academic setting: directors, associate directors and department heads.
Steven J. Bell is the Associate University Librarian for Research and Instructional Services at Temple University. He writes and speaks about academic librarianship, learning technologies, library leadership, higher education, open and affordable learning, design thinking and user experience.
