Erin is the Associate Dean for Research and Learning Services at Indiana University Libraries where she leads and facilitates the work of nearly sixty librarians and professional staff. She is a graduate of the Association of Research Libraries (ARL) Leadership Fellows Program and the Harvard Leadership Institute for Academic Librarians and is currently the President of the Association of College & Research Libraries (2022-2023). She has nearly 20 years of experience in academic librarianship and has consulted in areas of strategic planning, reorganization, and mission and values exercises. Erin holds an MLS from Emporia State University (KS) and an MS in Higher Education Administration from the University of Kansas.
