This series, “Frontline Fundamentals: Enhancing Customer Service Skills” aims to equip library workers with essential skills to effectively serve their communities and thrive in their roles. Registration is open until October 7th. Each webinar is 90 minutes, with 60-minute presentation and 30 minutes of practice.
Effective communication is crucial for interacting with patrons, colleagues, and stakeholders. This session will cover verbal and written communication, active listening, and the importance of collaboration and teamwork in a library setting.
