- May 12 – Applications DUE
- June 15 – Selection Committee finalizes roster
- June 23 – All applicants informed of status by this date
- August-October – 3 preliminary webinars will be scheduled for participants in this time
- October 6 – Final payments due for participants
- November 12-16 – TALL Texans takes place in person at Montserrat Retreat Center, Lake Dallas
