TLA offers librarians professional liability insurance at reduced premium rates of $47 through Barclay Insurance. This policy will guard against financial devastation if you are named in a serious lawsuit arising in the course and scope of your responsibilities. TLA members working in any type of library may purchase the insurance.
Library school students are eligible to join both the American Library Association and the Texas Library Association at one low price of $46.00 a year. Join both state and national library associations through ALA’s website and get connected to your future.
