Mentor Match

A member benefit which connects TLA members across Texas to build meaningful, goal-driven mentoring relationships.

Whether you are looking for guidance or ready to support others, this program provides a structured, flexible way to grow your professional network and develop your skills.

How It Works

The Mentor Match Program is a member-driven experience.

  • Members enroll as a mentor or a mentee.
  • Build a profile based on your interests, experience, and goals
  • Search and match with your Mentor or Mentee
  • Check-in regularly through a structured series of check-ins

Program Timeline

  • Mentor Recruitment: May 1 – 31, 2026
  • Mentee Recruitment & Matching Period: June 1 – June 30, 2026
  • Program Duration: July – September (3 months)

Mentors and Mentees will apply through the TLA Engage online community (open to members only). Matching closes once the program begins to allow participants to focus on their relationships.
