What are your job responsibilities at TLA? My job responsibilities at TLA range from writing press releases and blogs to maintaining the TLA website, social media management, developing communication materials, and supporting our members on their community platform.

Tell us three things about yourself.

• I like to go on long walks.
• I won a writing competition in 4th grade and was presented with the award by Barbara Bush.
• My favorite book genre is historical fiction!

What’s a book, movie, album, or podcast you enjoyed recently that you’d recommend and why?
HYPNOS by Ravyn Lenae is an album I’ve had on repeat since its release. It’s a beautifully written, melodic album on love and growth.

What’s your favorite place in Texas? Houston!

What would you like to share with members about TLA that they might not know? I’m excited to be a part of TLA and support the librarians who make a difference in Texas!
