Support Texas Libraries – Spread the Word!

The Texas Library Association (TLA) launched a public awareness campaign to promote the value of libraries and their importance to our communities. Our goal is to counter the negative narratives about libraries which are all too often the focus of media stories.

The Support Texas Libraries social media campaign kicked off this week with video featuring students, librarians, and library patrons sharing why libraries are so valuable.

The video ends with a call to sign a petition to show your support for Texas libraries. The more people who show their support, the stronger our message to elected officials will be. Please share and help us spread the word! #SupportTXLibraries
