TLA offers live and self-paced online learning courses designed to help librarians advance their knowledge and grow in their careers.

Frontline Fundamentals: Enhancing Customer Service Skills

This live, virtual series aims to equip library workers with essential skills to serve their communities effectively and thrive in their roles. Registration is open until October 7th. Each webinar is 90 minutes long, with approximately 60 minutes of instruction and 30 minutes of practice.

How to purchase TLA Online Training Courses

Vimeo is the hosting platform for TLA Self-Paced Learning and the School Administrator Conference On Demand.

  1. You will need to create a username and password for Vimeo, if you do not already have one.
  2. Purchase will be made on Vimeo utilizing the links below. Note: Vimeo only accepts credit cards and PayPal. No refunds will be issued as the purchase is being made through a third-party vendor.
  3. Once you have purchased a session, you will be able to view the content for 30 days. A copy of your receipt can be found under account settings – billing – purchases in the Vimeo platform.   

CE: CE will be self-reported. Please complete this Google Form so TLA has a record of your sessions. You will use this CE self-reporting form as verification for your employer and personal records.

if you represent a non-profit organization in the U.S., or are a business entity with a VAT ID, we ask that you first purchase and pay the taxes/VAT and then contact the Vimeo support team letting us know you are exempt. We will request your tax exemption certificate or VAT ID for verification. Our team will refund the tax and mark your account exempt for future purchases. We will provide an invoice reflecting the refunded taxes upon request.
