School Administrators Conference

Increasing student success through effective school library programs

The Texas Library Association School Administrators Conference is a unique opportunity for school administrators to learn about issues and trends impacting school library services, and how to leverage the expertise of their school librarians to impact student achievement.

There will be open dialogue with other educators. Throughout the conference there are opportunities to examine critical elements of successful library programs, provide supporting resources and materials, and define a clear, practical call to action for educators to support, grow, and promote school libraries within their own spheres of influence.

Registration is free. Administrators also receive complementary registration to the TLA Annual Conference. Administrators are responsible for their own transportation and expenses.

Librarians recommend their school administrators, and space permitting, recommendations will be accepted through mid-March. Please use this form to recommend school administrators. TLA begins sending official invitations in mid-January.
