ACDRT

Improve library acquisitions by fostering relationships with publishers and vendors.

The Acquisitions and Collection Development Round Table (ACDRT) exists to:

  • Promote and improve library acquisitions and collection development work.
  • Encourage the exchange of ideas and techniques among libraries
  • Foster relations with other branches of library service, publishers, dealers, vendors, and other libraries and organizations.
  • Increase awareness of library acquisitions and collection development trends and issues.

ACDRT and E-SMART were merged after a vote of the TLA Council during the Annual Assembly Council II meeting held on July 9, 2020.
