Because Statements

“Because” statements are the backbone of the Libraries Transform Texas campaign. These statements can be used in a variety of ways –  on websites, social media platforms, printed materials, etc. Keep your “because” statements concise and catchy to make the statement memorable. Remember your audience – write for them and avoid jargon, acronyms, and other library-speak. Check out ALA’s Guide for Creating Your Own Because Statements for more tips.
