TLA is excited to announce a new certificate program created specifically for public library directors and aspiring leaders.
TLA designed the Public Library Director Certificate Program as a flexible, competency-based professional development pathway providing practical training to build your administrative skills, strategic knowledge, and professional confidence.
TLA’s Public Library Director Certificate Program is designed for:
Participants complete 36 total hours over a two-year period using a mix of live webinars and self-paced recordings on the TLA Learning Hub:
Sessions cover topics that are practical, day-to-day pillars of public library administration. Course recordings are currently available in the TLA Learning Hub and registration is open now for these upcoming live webinars. These webinars are open to everyone for $45 each (and session recordings will be available afterward on the TLA Learning Hub):
